                                            2008



1.   All participants must operate their vehicle in a safe manner at all times throughout the confines of the CC4X4R property.
2.   Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and no-disruptive manner at all times.
3.   Participants position running order will be determined by draw at time of entry.
4.   For each class entered participants will draw one(1) number per entry per class.
5.   Lowest number drawn will be first number in running order, running in numerical order.
6.   Multiple entries for vehicle must have different driver for each entry per class and can only place once.
7.   Participants must run in order that was drawn at time of entry or you will forfeit your run. (No Refunds)
8.   Participants race against clock for lowest E.T. and greatest distance.
9.   Any driver that is under 18 years of age must have on-site permission from parent or legal guardian and both
must sign
     
safety waiver.
10. All drivers must attend drivers meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS
11. All vehicles must have a rear tow-out device and driver must put vehicle in neutral with hands up while being
hooked with
     
cable.
12. All participants must wear SEATBELTS & HELMETS and must have a fire extinguisher mounted in vehicle within
reach of
     
driver.(min. 2 1/2 lb. dry chemical)
13. No riding the WALL ! You will be DISQUALIFIED !
14. No arguing with Event workers or Club members.
15. No riding of 4-wheelers unless you have a vehicle in tow.
16. All drivers and his or her crew members must have and wear "Pit Pass" arm bands to enter track and pit area
even if you
     
park on spectator side.
17. Classes are as follows:
     
     A-Class    0" - 33"
     
     B-Class  34" - 36"
    
      C-Class  37" - 39"
    
      D-Class  40" - 44"
    
      X-Class  Any Tire (No Nitrous & Blowers)
   
     XX-Class  Any Tire ( Nitrous & Blowers)
18. No Nitrous allowed in A-D Class. If vehicle is equipped with Nitrous, there must be a disconnect at solenoid.

     
Disconnect will be checked at starting line.
19. All vehicle owners, drivers and crew members agree all rights to advertising, promotion, filming, recording
  
   existing and other exploitations of the Event, the participants and vehicles entered in the Event and their
 
    activities at the site of the Event, before, during and after the Event and reasonably related to the Event are
 
    reserved to CC4X4R, photographer and videographer from which it was originated. Full and unconditional
 
    permission to make still and motion pictures and any other type(s) of audio or visual recordings of them and
 
    their activities at the site of the Event and reasonably related to the Event and the exclusive, worldwide and
  
   perpetual rights to use the same, together with their names, likeness and biographies of participants and the
  
   names, likeness and date of or relating to their entered vehicles for publicity, advertising, exhibition or
 
    exploitations whether or not for profit, in print, audio, video and other communication's media by reproduction
 
    and sale or other distribution by any and all means.
